What happens if I can't make it to my session/miss my session?

If you can't make it to your session, it's recommended to reach out to our support team as soon as possible. If it's within the 24-hour window, or you miss the scheduled session time, your session will be counted as used, as the coach is owed their coaching fee, and another session must be booked separately.
