How to connect my order to my account

After placing your order, you create an account and sign in but you do not see your session(s) in your account. This happens because when the order was placed, your account was not yet created or you were not signed in.

Here's how to fix:

  1. After signing in to your account, locate the "Your coaching sessions" email you received after making your purchase
  2. In that email, click on the "Schedule my sessions" link which will open a new tab in your browser and connect your session to your account.

Another way to avoid this issue in the future is to ensure that you are signed into your account when purchasing new sessions.
