Tranfers for unused coaching sessions

Unused coaching sessions you have with a specific coach can be transferred to other coaches at any time.

When you transfer sessions, you’ll receive a discount code equivalent to the dollar value of the sessions you want to transfer.

Only unscheduled sessions can be transferred. If you currently have scheduled sessions you want to transfer; cancel them first and then process your transfer.

Here are a few things to know about the discount code you'll receive:

• You can spread your code across multiple coaches in the same cart
• Your code is only usable once
• There’s no time limit to use your code

Here is how we calculate transfer value

As an example, let's imagine you buy 5 sessions with Coach Mark for 5 x $160 = $800. If you end up only using 2 sessions, you will be able to transfer the difference between what you have paid ($800), and what you have used (2 x $160 = $320).

So, in this specific example we would create a $480 discount code for you: $800 - $320 = $480. You can request a transfer directly from your account.
