What will be my status? Self-employed or Employee?

All coaches are self-employed (aka contractor, consultant, etc.). They are not IGotAnOffer employees.

You must be legally entitled (possessing the relevant immigration status where relevant) to work in your country of residence on a self-employed basis.

If you have any doubts about whether you are legally entitled to work on a self-employed basis in your country of residence, then you should not join IGotAnOffer as a coach.
