What to do if my coach is late or not showing up to a session?

We understand your coach being late for a call can be extremely frustrating and we continually work to minimize these instances.

Should you unfortunately be in this situation, here are the steps we recommend following:

• If you join a coaching session and the coach isn't present when you join, wait 15mins for the coach to join - something out of their control might have happened.
• In addition, we also recommend contacting your coach immediately to check in with them about why they're not joining. You can find your coach's email address in the calendar invite your received and in the coaching session confirmation emails in cc.
• If you still haven't heard from your coach after 15mins, reach out to our support team who will assist you in rescheduling your session or getting a refund.
