What if my coach says s/he's not available at the scheduled time
Should your coach contact you via email to advise that s/he's not available at the time of your booking, there are a number of options available to you.
- You can ask your coach to cancel the session so that you can rebook with another coach
- You can forward the cancelation email to us and so we can cancel it for you
- You may also cancel the session yourself by going to Sessions and click on the 3 dots beside the session and select Cancel. Once done you can select Reschedule to choose another coach.
Option 3 is only available if the session is more than 24 hours away. Within 24 hours, only the first two are applicable.
