What if my coach says s/he's not available at the scheduled time

Should your coach contact you via email to advise that s/he's not available at the time of your booking, there are a number of options available to you.

  1. You can ask your coach to cancel the session so that you can rebook with another coach
  2. You can forward the cancelation email to us and so we can cancel it for you
  3. You may also cancel the session yourself by going to Sessions and click on the 3 dots beside the session and select Cancel. Once done you can select Reschedule to choose another coach.

Option 3 is only available if the session is more than 24 hours away. Within 24 hours, only the first two are applicable.
