How can I block a client?

At this time, the platform does not support blocking a specific client from booking a particular coach.

Coaches are encouraged to politely inform the client that they may not be the best fit and ask that they refrain from booking future sessions.

If the coach prefers, IGotAnOffer can contact the client on their behalf to communicate this.

Any session cancellations related to this type of request will not be counted toward the coach’s cancellation rate.
