New credit system
How credits work
- Coaches on the platform now charge between 2 and 5 credits per coaching session.
- You can purchase credits starting at $50 per unit. The more you buy, the cheaper credits get.
- Credits are usable with any coach and for any services.
- We still offer a "100% risk-free trial" for all users, this hasn't changed.
How legacy sessions will be converted to credits
On September 1st 2025, legacy Coaching sessions will automatically be converted to Credits.
- Each unused "1h Coaching Session" will be converted to 3 Credits. This is because the price for these sessions was ~$150 and a Credit is worth $50.
- Each unused "1h Flexible Coaching Session" will be rounded up to the closest $50 multiple and then converted to credits.
- For instance, if you paid $103 for a Flexible coaching session you haven't used, that session value will be rounded to $150, and converted to 3 credits.
- Another example is if you paid $245 for a Flexible coaching session you haven't used, that session value will be rounded to $250, and converted to 5 credits.
