How does the Best rating algorithm work?

The "Best rating" sorting algorithm only takes into account the average star rating of the coach using the Bayesian average approach.

Handling ties:

• When two coaches have the same total score, we use the number of reviews as a tie-breaker.
• The coach with more reviews will rank higher when scores are tied.
