How is the rebook rate calculated?

Rebook rate: 

• Rebook rate shows in the coach's profile in the booking page.
• Rebook rate is calculated based on all the clients a coach has worked with.
• Rebook rate is calculated using this formula: 
  • Rebook rate (%) = (number of clients who had multiple sessions/number of clients ) * 100   

Example:

• 20 clients who had multiple sessions.
• 100 clients.
• Rebook rate = (20 ÷ 100) × 100 = 20%
