How to increase my rebook rate?
Coaches with the highest rebook rates seem to do a combination of the things below.
1/ Mindset
They don't think of their job as providing a one-off mock interview or resume review. They seem to frame their job as getting their client from where they are today to the final offer.
2/ Transparent
They're transparent with clients about how much more work they need to get done to achieve their desired outcome. As an example, this could mean telling clients they need 2 or 3 more practice sessions to be fully ready for their interview.
If this is done in a genuine way then clients seem to react really well to this as they can see you're invested in their success.
3/ Feedback
At the end of sessions, they share their screen and write notes about the session which they then send over email.
These notes include, a) the insights they want the client to remember, and b) the actions the client should take between now and the next session to make progress.
They also often agree a next date for the next session directly on the call with clients.
