How does the "Executive" badge work?

The "Executive" badge is awarded to coaches who have worked as an executive in one of the Top 100 companies clients are interviewing for on IGotAnOffer.

What levels qualify as Executive?

• Tech: a management role at L8+ or Director+ level
• Consulting: a partner level role
• Finance: a managing director level role

What companies qualify for the badge?

We only consider work experiences at the Top 100 companies clients are interviewing for on IGotAnOffer to award the badge. You can see the current list of companies here.

This list is updated frequently. If a coach is awarded the badge and their company drops out of the list they'll still retain the badge.
