How does the "Top X% by job offer rate" tag work?
What this label shows
- It highlights coaches in the top 5%, 10%, 20%, and 30% based on job offer rate
- It helps clients quickly identify coaches with strong outcomes
How the job offer rate is calculated
- Only interview coaching clients are included (to keep the metric precise)
- Only clients coached since October 1, 2024 are included, as this is when we started tracking job offers
- We use a Bayesian average to make the job offer rate more reliable, especially when a coach has a small number of clients (it balances individual results with overall platform data)
