How does the Featured algorithm work?

By default, coaches are ranked using an algorithm called Featured. This algorithm takes into account the following things:

• Outcomes
  • Your client job offer rate
• Client experience
  • Your average client rating
  • Your rebook rate
• Reliability
  • Your session cancellation rate
  • Your session reschedule rate
• Availability
  • The number of available slots you have in the next 3 days
• Pricing
  • Your base price
  • Whether you’re currently offering a discount or not (only available to new coaches)
• Seniority
  • Whether you have the Executive badge or not
